On the other hand, a lot of Multinational firms, especially the tech firms, benefited from Work from home and now offer their employers to perform their tasks fully remotely. Here is the list of Top-notch companies that are offering permanent or hybrid work models to their employees.

01 Microsoft 

Multinational tech giant Microsoft which is popular for producing electronic and personal computers has announced that now employees can shift to permanently work from home with the approval of their managers. The Managers have the authority to approve full-time, remote work for staff, However, the roles which require employers to present at Office can perform work from to approximately 50% of their workweek.

02 Adobe  

Adobe, a software-based company that provides customer-focused solutions for web-based applications and content development has made it easy for its employers to work by offering the option of working from home around half of the time and in the office the rest of the time 

03 Apple 

Apple, which is popular due to its innovation in the whole world, offers 100% remote work options for some of its technical roles that jobs can be easily performed through the home. The Company even pays an additional $1000 bonus to cover work from home needs including retail workers.

The world’s largest online retailer Amazon recently revised its policies and offers more flexibility to its employees by allowing work-from-home opportunities for an indefinite period of time.

In March, the organization let workers know that it needed to get back to an “office-driven” culture. It backtracked this late spring, saying most corporate workers would be in an office no less than three days every week.
