1 Plan your Day Ahead:
If you don’t want to be surprised at work and want to concentrate more on your work, plan ahead of time. There are numerous apps available on the internet that may assist you in better organizing your daily tasks and allowing you to focus on the work at hand rather than on how your day will unfold and what you will do.
Try to complete all of the difficult tasks first in the morning, when you are most enthusiastic, and save the less vital and dull tasks for the last few hours of work, when your will start losing your concentration
2- Adjust Your Sleeping Hours
Ramadan is one of the most typical times for sleep disruption. During this month, most people experience sleep deprivation as they tend to sleep right after dawn prayer. To adjust your sleeping hours, make a schedule that fits in your routine. This may involve going to bed early and waking up early at suhoor and fajr prayer and return back for a nap for two to three hours this new routine may entail sacrificing or limiting time spent socializing or on leisure activities, but your body will thank you for ensuring enough sleep.
3- Eat Healthy Food and Avoid Caffeine.
Asians are addicted to tea and caffeine but it has a diuretic effect that increases urine production, thus flushing out salt and water from our body and making us feel thirsty in Ramadan Try to eat food that helps you to stay full and focused while fasting. 4- Take Short Breaks.
To regain your energy and freshen yourself up a little nap will be recommended during the month of Ramadan. If you’re tired or can’t concentrate on your work, take a brief break and go for a stroll to re-energize yourself. You can also use your break to relax and do nothing, especially if you’re suffering from a headache due to a lack of coffee.
5- Exercise, Exercise, and Exercise.
Most people avoid working and doing exercise in Ramadan as they think this will make them feel tired and exhausted. This is not true! Work out will boost your energy as it releases endorphins in the body and lifts up the mood to be more productive at the work. Do Light exercises and don’t push your body hard with intensive workouts such as cardio and heavy lifting
