Career Advices that you Strictly need to NOT-FOLLOW!

We have all kinds of people around us with a huge variety of experiences, but the problem is not every experience can be right to be put forward as an example. This is where you should be vigilant enough to pick which advice can bloom you and which advice can ruin you.

  1. Don’t go for Risks

It is true that taking risks is not everyone’s cup of tea, but always remember that higher the risk, higher the return. If some people did not take a risk when there was the right time to, we would not be having may be a phone to talk with or a computer/internet to surf the world on it.

It is necessary for you at some point in time of your career to take a leap of faith and watch wonders happening.

  1. Run after Huge Organizations

For many, it is a great pride to work at renowned MNCs, but the advice where startups are strictly advised to stay away from is not much helpful.

Working in startups gives you an insight which is quite different from working at a well-established organization. There you learn everything from scratch and see how the implementation of a dream is coming into existence with of course your efforts in it too. Moreover, you never know when an MNC is letting go of its manpower in times of a slightly rainy day even.

3. Money Matters

At the end of the day, your passion undoubtedly does not pay the bills but landing into a job you absolutely hate just for sake of money is a huge offset for your mental health. This practice will create a void in your life which will be difficult to overcome when you want to. So, always go for the things you love and see yourself growing in.
